Associate Producer – Ecommerce Fashion

This Associate Producer role requires managing and coordinating photo production for multiple fashion and e-commerce brands within an in-house studio environment. Your responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing various types of shoots, maintaining the studio calendar, coordinating samples, models, and freelance crew, and ensuring smooth operations from pre-production through post-production. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting are critical.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in photoshoot production specifically in fashion or e-commerce apparel studios.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shoots simultaneously while meeting tight retail deadlines.
• Experience with studio operations including sample tracking, crew scheduling, wardrobe prep, and model coordination.
• Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and project management tools like Wrike; familiarity with digital asset management systems (Canto) and Capture One is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and collaborative under pressure.
