We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a women’s apparel brand.
Location: Northridge, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract through January/February 2026
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, ticketing systems, and Instagram DMs
Manage orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify and AfterShip
Track and resolve shipping and fulfillment issues in partnership with the warehouse and operations teams
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in HappyFox
Engage with the brand’s online community using a consistent, on-brand tone
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify recurring issues and customer feedback trends, escalating insights to leadership to help improve processes
Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally within apparel, retail, or e-commerce
Experience using Shopify, Instagram, HappyFox, AfterShip, or similar customer service tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
