We’re seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to support digital content execution for a Pennsylvania-based team. This contract role focuses on video production, social media content, motion graphics, and website publishing, with a mix of remote work and in-community event coverage.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, collaboration, and bringing digital stories to life—especially through photo and video captured at live events.
This is a W2 contract opportunity with 30 hours a week.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day digital communications and content execution across social, web, email, and paid platforms
- Create and edit video, motion graphics, and static digital assets aligned with established brand guidelines
- Assist with digital content distribution and promotion campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet ongoing communication needs
- Attend local in-person events (primarily Lancaster/Harrisburg area) to capture photo and video content
- Manage operational tasks related to consultants, invoicing, and documentation
- Track work and deliverables and provide concise monthly activity summaries
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital communications, video production, and social media content
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a contract environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with brand standards and digital best practices
- Photography and videography experience strongly preferred
