We are seeking a Manager, Growth & Marketplace to drive performance marketing and marketplace strategy across multiple channels. This role will serve as the growth engine for paid media, retail marketplaces, and affiliate programs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership Oversee all paid performance channels including daily optimization, agency management, and creative collaboration.

Amazon Management Manage catalog, AMS campaigns, promotions, paid media, and SEO strategy for Amazon marketplace.

TikTok Shop Management Lead agency partnerships for TikTok Shop, optimize campaigns, manage promotions, and analyze performance metrics.

Affiliate Program Management Drive affiliate strategy through platforms like ShopMy and performance partnerships; oversee agency relationships and campaign execution.

Growth Reporting & Forecasting Deliver weekly growth reports and channel-level forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

Marketplace & Retail Media Own marketplace and retail media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or marketplace management.
- Proven track record managing Amazon and retail media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and influencer-driven commerce.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Beauty Industry Experience Required
