About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Designer to work in tandem with our in-house store design creative team. This role will create visual assets for both in-store and digital environments, ensuring brand consistency and technical quality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that combines exceptional technical expertise with a keen eye for detail and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Expertise: Prepare files for print and digital production and final output, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, and layout. Familiarity with various file formats and best use for digital and print needs.
  • Design Execution: Produce and refine print and digital assets including collateral, in-store signage, and environmental graphics.
  • Quality Control: Review and proof assets for accuracy before release.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to create print-ready final deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in production design within a corporate retail or agency environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and knowledge of print/digital production standards and production materials and substrates
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables, proactively identifying errors, and maintaining high standards of quality in fast-paced environments.
  • Project management: Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams, including creative, and design enablement.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting design and production challenges under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with large-scale retail environments and environmental graphics.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Working knowledge of basic animation principles and experience with Adobe After Effects.
