About Workshop:
Workshop is a multidisciplinary design agency that turns ideas into real experiences across physical and digital spaces, from brand environments to campaign assets and immersive activations. We partner with ambitious brands to bring creative, precise, strategic work to life.
Role Overview:
As a Production Designer, you’ll bridge creative intent with production reality. You’ll take concepts from designers and directors and turn them into accurate, on-brand, production-ready assets across print, digital, experiential, and environmental channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in details, collaboration, and fast-moving project cycles.
What You’ll Do:
Produce high-quality design assets across print, digital, environmental graphics, and experiential work. Translate creative concepts into accurate, production-ready files that meet brand and technical requirements. Prepare press-ready files and proofs and maintain organized internal and external file systems. Retouch images, build layouts, and refine files with strong typographic and visual precision. Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and production partners to execute deliverables and meet timelines. Communicate proactively about production constraints, file needs, and workflow challenges. Apply brand guidelines consistently across all client assets.
Who You Are:
A production designer with 3–5 years of experience across print, digital, and experiential formats. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Extra credit for experience in After Effects, Figma, Rhino, or Blender. Detail oriented, organized, and proactive. A clear communicator who can collaborate easily across creative and production teams. Skilled at interpreting and applying feedback while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience. Experience building animated digital banners. Familiarity with production processes, proofing workflows, file prep standards, and delivering final assets for both print and digital outputs.
What You’ll Gain:
A collaborative, creative environment with diverse project types. Opportunities to see your work shape real-world brand experiences. Room to grow within a team that values curiosity, precision, and cross-functional collaboration.
