Must be focused on Youtube strategy with prior podcast experience.

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven YouTube Strategist to manage and grow YouTube channels across six brands, with a strong focus on podcasts, music content, interviews, live sessions, and artist-led programming.

In this role, you’ll drive channel growth through smart content strategy, daily optimization, and performance analysis. You’ll shape formats across long-form episodes, clips, and Shorts, optimize titles/thumbnails/metadata, and turn audience insights into actionable strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute YouTube strategies for podcast and music content
• Identify high-performing moments and optimize clips, Shorts, and full episodes
• Own YouTube SEO, discoverability, and packaging best practices
• Analyze performance (watch time, CTR, retention, subscribers) and report insights
• Collaborate with hosts, artists, and content teams to scale channels and audiences
• Stay ahead of platform trends and experiment with new formats and monetization tools

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing YouTube channels (podcasts, music, media, or creator-led brands)
• Proven success growing audiences and engagement
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and the recommendation algorithm
• Excellent communication and project management skills
