Our client, a footwear and accessories company headquarted in downtown Portland is looking for three customer service specialists to help with the holiday and returns season, approximately Feb. 1 thru March 31st.

The ideal candidate lives an active lifestyle, has a passion for helping people and has a customer service background (or at least 1 year experience in customer service, especially in retail). 

The daily responsibilities involve writing emails and responding to live chats with product information, so great communication skills both verbal and written are a necessity.
