Position Overview:



The Personal Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the owner, ensuring the successful management of the owner's busy schedule and having a pro-active approach to their duties.





 



Responsibilities:




  • Various personal duties, including organizing personal correspondence, invitations, contacts, reviewing documentation, scheduling appointments and making reservations

  • Screens incoming calls and directs to relevant team or person

  • Schedule management, ensuring calendar is continually updated and all information is shared with relevant parties

  • Management of travel arrangements

  • Providing support during meetings by welcoming guests, booking meeting rooms

  • Arranging conference calls and supplying call in details

  • General administration

  • Processes expenses on time and in line with company procedure

  • Other ad hoc tasks



 





Key Qualifications:




  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience of a similar role

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • High attention to detail

  • Proactive approach

  • Ability to be discrete, confidential and reliable at all times

  • Professional at all times, responsible and loyal

  • Resourceful – ability to get things done
