Full Time Salaried Role

We’re a fast-growing, international athleisure brand expanding into the US market and looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing to help build our creator-led revenue engine from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have Entrepreneurial Spirit and direct experience scaling a brand

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn influencer partnerships into measurable sales, not just awareness. You’ll be one of the first US hires and have real ownership in shaping how the channel scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale the US influencer & affiliate sales channel
  • Build an always-on creator program focused on conversion and ROAS
  • Source, onboard, and manage creators and affiliates
  • Negotiate deals, manage budgets, and track performance
  • Partner with brand, social, and performance teams to drive growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years in influencer / creator / affiliate marketing
  • DTC e-commerce background (fashion, beauty, athleisure, shapewear preferred)
  • Strong US creator, manager, and agency relationships
  • Performance-driven mindset with hands-on execution experience
  • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment
