Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key Holder to support a new store opening in the Beverly Hills area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, leadership, and customer service, and will be comfortable taking ownership of opening and closing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing the store
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines
- Deliver excellent sales and customer service, ensuring a premium in-store experience
- Engage in clienteling to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support and lead team members on the sales floor, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist with the successful launch and ongoing operations of a new store opening
Qualifications:
- Experience in a retail key holder, supervisor, or similar role
- Comfortable with opening and closing procedures and store security protocols
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Proven ability to support and motivate a team
- Must live near or be able to commute reliably to the Beverly Hills
