Established Beauty Brand is seeking Retail Marketing Manager. You’ll own how the brand shows up across major retailers and online. Connect strategy with execution – translating brand direction into powerful in-store programs, digital campaigns, and e-commerce experiences that drive sales, market share, and distribution growth.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a growing cosmetics environment. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and external agencies, acting as the hub that brings customer insights, retail realities, and brand vision together into compelling retail stories and programs.
What You’ll Do

Own retail growth plans: Lead the growth and development of the brand across all channels of trade, measured in sales, share, and distribution gains.

Turn strategy into retail action: Build and execute strategic retail marketing plans that bring brand positioning to life in-store and online.

Be the connector between Brand & Sales: Partner with Sales to create customer-specific programs and presentations that win new placements and strengthen existing partnerships.

Lead account & e?commerce initiatives: Shape and support programs for key retail and online partners, including launches, promotions, and merchandising.

Drive quarterly & annual planning: Support senior leadership on plans covering sales targets, margins, product focus, promotional calendars, and advertising support.

Manage campaigns end-to-end: Brief, guide, and approve creative and collateral for in-store, online, and shopper marketing programs.

Champion digital & social: Coordinate online marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms, working with agencies and internal partners to ensure best-in-class executions.

Launch and support products: Develop strategies for new products, line extensions, and seasonal programs – from concept through to retail execution.

Run the numbers: Use analytics and performance reports to understand what’s working, optimize plans, and inform future strategies.

Guard the brand at retail: Ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints – in aisles, on sites, and in marketing materials.

Lead cross-functional projects: Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders at once, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets stay on track.

Guide creative expression: Partner with Creative to shape the look and feel of brochures, digital assets, and all marketing collateral so it’s on-brand and retail-ready.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in retail and/or brand marketing, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, or consumer packaged goods.
- Strong understanding of e?commerce, digital marketing, and how shoppers move between online and in-store.
- Proven track record of building and executing retail marketing plans that drive measurable sales and share growth.
- Comfort collaborating with Sales, agencies, and cross-functional teams (creative, digital, trade, and more).
- Analytical approach to performance: you use data and reporting to refine programs and tell the “results” story.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; you can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing detail.
