REDARC is seeking a proactive freelance professional to support our commercial teams across sales, finance, and general administration. This role combines data-driven reporting with hands-on operational support, helping ensure our sales and financial activities run smoothly and are backed by clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Financial Reporting
- Build, modify, and maintain sales and financial reports using Power BI.
- Consolidate data from internal systems (including IFS ERP where applicable) for regular reporting cycles.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide concise commentary and insight on key metrics rather than just distributing raw numbers.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from sales, finance, and leadership.
Sales, Marketing & General Administration
- Set up and maintain customer records in REDARC systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Support sales team with day-to-day admin tasks (data entry, documentation)
- Process and track product sample requests, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams as needed
- Handle a mix of recurring and one-off administrative tasks in support of commercial operations
Working Style & Expectations
- 10–20 hours per week, flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement and project demand
- Asynchronous work style with the ability to collaborate across US and Australian time zones when required
- Comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision and evolving priorities
- Open to taking on a varied task mix spanning analysis, reporting, and operational support
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Demonstrated experience in sales operations, financial administration, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI for building and customizing reports and dashboards.
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleansing).
- Ability to interpret data and highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Clear, professional communication in written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience with IFS or a comparable ERP system.
- Background supporting sales or commercial teams in a reporting or administrative capacity.
- Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and responsibilities.
