Job description

Busy Ad Agency with food and bev and lifestyle clients is looking for a Social Media Manager. You will define, execute and optimize digital and social strategies across multiple brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with multiple brands to create and implement monthly social media strategies.
  • Maintain consistent tone, voice and terminology in all social copy.
  • Supervise social media interactions between customers and client brands, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and execute actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Track performance and ensure progress on all platforms using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar, including objectives, initiatives and content themes.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of social media management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with multi-social posting and management tools such as Sprout Social, Hey Orca, Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • General understanding of Search Engine Optimization and web content ranking.
  • Proven experience identifying target audiences and tailoring campaign strategies to engage and convert them.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and ability to apply these concepts across a variety of digital and social touchpoints.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse digital team and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, critical thinking and problem?solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and written/verbal communication skills; proven team player.

Contract
Duration 6 months
Hybrid Work Schedule, 3 days in office
