Job description

Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Performance Marketer, Customer Acquisition to lead our paid media efforts across both paid search and paid social, and drive scalable customer acquisition for our membership business. Must have subscription experience.

Industry: Ecommerce luxury retail

Location: NYC (in office 5 days)

Salary: $100-130k (+ benefits)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all paid media channels (including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with a primary focus on customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies to drive their membership sign-ups.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to ensure strong ROAS and CPA performance.
  • Collaborate with Founders, tech, social media, influencer, and analytics teams to continuously test ad creative, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Use data to identify and scale high-performing audiences, including lookalike and retargeting strategies.
  • Build and manage reporting dashboards to track key KPIs and overall campaign performance.
  • Partner with the customer success team to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and converted into members.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new features to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally within a DTC or subscription-based business.
  • Proven track record managing meaningful paid media budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of performance metrics, attribution models, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, and attribution platforms (e.g., Rockerbox, Triple Whale, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like Excel, Looker, or similar analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Experience running campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands.
