This position will report into our EVP of Global Operations, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Retail Industry working for both a retail environment and a recruiting company.
Responsibilities will include:
• Interviewing and sourcing highly talented Retail professionals
• Able to develop strong client and candidate partnerships
• Asses candidates skill levels and portfolios if needed
• Manage the interview process for both the candidates and clients
• Anticipate client needs and present with qualified candidates
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to discuss daily account activity and assess client needs
• Filling immediate job orders for clients
• Consistently identifying new sources of business and able to react “fast” to a constantly changing marketplace
• Attend networking events and be active in marketing & creative community
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales or recruiting / staffing experience in the retail industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to succeed
• High energy, positive, outgoing, “can do “ attitude with incredible multi-tasking ability
• Strong customer service skills
• Calm under pressure and must be able to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
