Photoshop for Intermediate Users


This class will cover how textile designers will use Photoshop to create simple set patterns, simple half drop repeats, indexing colors for flat prints, cleaning techniques, recoloring and creating colorways for flat prints. You will also learn how to create coordinates and maintain the colorways already saved for your main print. Straight drop repeats, simple plaids and filling fashion flats will also be shown. Keyboard shortcuts, color management and file management will be discussed.
