Our client, a cosmetic company, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented analyst to join our Digital Commerce team!This will be a great opportunity for someone looking for a career in the digital field to be hands on with A/B testing and personalization while working alongside some of our industry leading experts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use data from other platforms, like CDP, to build and manage AB/multivariate Tests and Personalized ecommerce experiences in 3rd party platform (Dynamic Yield)
• Ability to think strategically and collaborate with internal brand leads on their short and long-term business objectives and plans
• Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics, Contentsquare and 3rd Party Platform and report findings to brand and UX/UI leads
• Use analytics to identify new customer segments to target
• Attend weekly meetings with brand leads and UI/UX lead to track the progress of projects and roadmap
• Coordinate and share deliverables and deadlines in a timely manner
• Use 3rd party platform to set up, test and launch experiences
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
• Minimum 3 years in front-end, UI development using HTML, CSS3, Javascript a must
• Experience in e-commerce or digital
• Conversion Optimization / Personalization Party platform experience (Dynamic Yield) is a plus
• Analytics Experience (Google and/or Contentsquare Analytics)
• Strong time management skills
• Gravitas with clients and with internal stakeholders, ability to lead large meetings
