Job description

Our client is a leading cosmetic contract manufacturer that is seeking a new Account Development Associate Manager to join their team.

Account Development Associate Manager Responsibilities: 

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
- Responsible to support and maintain client relationship 360 degrees
- Anticipate client needs and expectations
- Communicate clearly and effectively on all aspects of account development
- Project Management and Maintenance (ensuring all projects are moving forward and road blocks are mitigated)

PRODUCT PROMOTION
- Product Promotion and presentation; must be able to concisely communicate product benefits
- Coordination of event scheduling
- Coordination of event sampling (packing, pulling and shipping)
- Build Presentation Decks for corporate promotions
- Coordination of meeting notes and follow up action items
- Prepare Outbound Pitch Initiatives to generate new business; must be able to identify/ anticipate the client needs by identifying brand gaps
- Client follow up on all inquiries/ sales leads; all clients and projects are priorities
- Possess and maintain a wide breath of portfolio product and technical knowledge
- Competitive Market Analytics and awareness to understand brand DNA
- Monitor brand sales trends and new product launches to identify need gaps and white space opportunities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

- Engage cross functional teams for new project kickoff
- Enter and maintain system briefs – initiation, execution and management
- Initiate and follow up on regulatory requests
- Maintain priority log of regulatory requests
- Update and Maintain Internal Reporting Statuses & Project Trackers
- Support Product Feasibility Review; must engage the appropriate internal groups to ensure project feasibility
- Coordinate Pricing, Timing, and R&D approval
- Scaffold Project Closure and Sales Reporting Maintenance with measurable success rate
- Troubleshoot escalate / product development/project management issues

Account Development Assistant Manager Qualifications:


• 2-3 Years Cosmetics experience
• Product development experience a bonus
• Great interpersonal skills – relationship driven individual
• Project Management skills a bonus
• Detail Oriented
• Strong / Effective written and verbal skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Interested in thriving in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
