Overview: 

Our client is a fully integrated advertising, design, and digital agency seeking an Account Director to join our team!

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of account internally and externally.
  • Build strong client relationships, staying close to objectives and client goals.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to ensure a seamless agency work flow.
  • Influence thought leadership throughout the team.
  • Critical and strategic thinker, partnering with our strategist and creative teams.
  • Inspire and set the team to deliver innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate effectively with others.
  • Accountable for meeting budgetary guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Support new business efforts.
  • And any other tasks assigned.


Qualifications: 

  • Experience leading and managing a large piece of business.
  • Global experience is a plus, specifically launching campaigns across Global Markets.
  • Energy, professionalism, influencing skills.
  • Understands how to manage up and down both internally and with clients.
  • Exceptional communicator, strong presenter.
  • Extensive knowledge of integrated campaigns indexing with a solid understanding of digital and social.
  • BA/BS Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • At least 4+ years of agency experience with supervisory capacity.
  • B2B experience in technology also a plus
