Our client is a newly, female and minority-founded creative agency dedicated to uplifting the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and voices through our work. They’re a team of creative strategists, digital storytellers, award-winning editors, and designers. They are working on some impactful, storytelling-led campaigns with the world's biggest brands that are going to surprise, delight and resonate. And that’s where you come in, they are looking for an Sr Manager Integrated Media  to join their team.

Sr Manager Integrated Media 

The Sr Manager Integrated Media will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of marketing activations and partnerships with some of the world’s largest and most influential brands. The Sr Manager Integrated Media will be overseeing all work and serving as strategic and creative partner to senior clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with Leadership, Strategy and Creative leads to set the tone and pace of the business, while ensuring the overall health and growth of your accounts.

Sr Manager Integrated Media  Responsibilities:

  • Leading client success across (2-3) agency clients, learning their business needs, working in close partnership with senior clients and ensuring success based on their goals
  • Contributing to the ongoing client strategy and creative campaign strategy, including participating in brainstorms and proposal ideation, deck-building, and pitches  
  • Overseeing daily client service across assigned agency accounts, from planning through to execution and reporting
  • Manage team workflow and responsibilities, setting expectations, allocating resources
  • Ownership of campaign budget, ensuring that we stay within allocated spend, as well as reconciling and organizing budget after execution of deliverables
  • Securing, negotiating, and liaising with high-profile celebrity and influencer talent and their representation on campaign deliverables, from outreach to contract stage
  • Document, distill and interpret client feedback to communicate next steps and deliverables to team members in other departments as necessary
  • Guide team of Account Managers and Account Coordinators, overseeing their work output, providing feedback and supporting their growth within the agency

About you:

  • 4+ years of Account Management experience at a creative/digital/ social agency. Experience working at a social agency is highly preferred
  • Social media expert with proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and other paid media channels
  • Experience working directly with clients from top-tier national brands on multiple active campaigns
  • Track record of success in working with and managing high-profile talent and/or influencers and their representation, ideally in an influencer marketing capacity
  • An entrepreneurial spirit always looking to find ways to grow and add value to the client and the agency
  • A strategic partner who can build strong client relationships based on trust and accountability
