Client Overview: Our client is a creative, innovative and forward-thinking agency looking for a standout Account Director.
Position Overview: As the Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the division and to supervising and implementing account work for several clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide a strategic vision for account development
- Advise clients across a variety of integrated marketing initiatives
- Maintain and grow revenue from clients
- Lead new business proposals/pitches/RFP responses
- Meet agreed client deadlines
- Act as an ambassador for the company at all times
- Train, mentor, and manage direct reports
Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years’ marketing experience either in-house or agency-side
- The ability to inspire others and lead account and project team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in managing complex accounts and stakeholders
- Strong team player but able to work on own initiative
- Experience in setting and managing budgets for clients and teams
- Strong networking capability
