Your role will include:
Developing and nurturing cross-departmental collaboration to improve workflow
Delivering effective contribution to business development opportunities and offering support to Directors /CoFounders on external pitches.
Providing support to the project management team to ensure they can successfully deliver projects against agreed deadlines and budgets
Working with the Directors, and planning activities, including investment case preparation to expand agency remit and associated revenue
Developing strong relationships with your day-to-day clients and associated influencers within the client, company, and other agencies to understand the tone and landscape of client contacts for client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Highlighting and escalating opportunities
Working closely with Directors /HoDs/CoFounders on new business pitches and working collaboratively with other agency departments
Seeking out and converting business development opportunities whilst safeguarding existing projects
