Their  in-house teams create brilliant digital brand experiences built on our bespoke proprietary 
technology platform, that is used by hundreds of millions of people around the world today.
Role Overview:

As the Independent Account Manager, you will oversee salon and boutique distribution on the East Coast. This includes prospection for new accounts, handling existing accounts, help the independent’s team with prospection strategies and different ways to gain new business, as well as help 
inspire social activations for the independent business.

Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities
• Deliver sell-out-oriented training programs according to field needs
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business in your accounts
• Identifying potential new salons to partner with
• Find creative ways on contacting prospects 
• Create brand awareness through different social activations
• Organize trainings with the salon teams
• Finding ways to make the launch a success (windows, sampling, partnership, etc.).
• Follow up with existing accounts to ensure they are well stocked.
• Process incoming independent orders and suggest new skus
• Manage travel expenses with a cost-effective mindset & within the guidelines.
• Achievement of monthly sales targets & KPI’s
• Complete monthly training and account opening reports.

Account Executive Key Qualifications:
• Excellence in sales with proven success
• Preferred experience in a salon environment
• Extremely organized
• Experience in managing a team
• Experience in consulting with business owners (Desirable)
• Strong communication skills, with finesse in customer service
• Ability to create strong relationship with our partners, both existing and new
• Can manage full 360 sales process from prospecting new business, to processing orders, 
documentation and after sales service.
• Sell-in and sell-out oriented
• Ability to travel within the US. Evening and weekend work required
• Hair salon experience (Desirable)
