Role Overview:
The Account Executive will be responsible for all existing wholesale accounts, new wholesale accounts. Continue to build the Collection by strategically building business depth in department stores, specialty stores and new online direct points of distribution.

Account Executive role and Responsibilities:
  • Continue to identify key growth opportunities and explore the opportunity in overseas markets with agents etc.
  • Responsible for building annual sales forecast and accountable for hitting sales targets approved by CEO.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and continue to target major on-line and in store opportunities, i.e., Shop-Bop, Intermix, Revolve, FWRD. Etc. Constant search for new business opportunities, for example: an exclusive capsule or collection, looking for new opportunities to expand the business.
  • Manage financial relationships with key accounts, monitoring weekly, monthly, seasonal sales, and building solid relationships with Account management and planning organizations.
  • Evaluate End of Season reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Manage financial shipping goals for all wholesale accounts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with logistics and the warehouse to ensure shipping efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot any issues, and problem solve for future growth. Work on the efficiency and integration of current systems, in terms of reporting, order entry, and inventory management. Ensure correct usage of JOOR, and Nu Order. Responsible for all EDI, organization, implementation, order entry and smooth transactions with stores to ensure zero chargebacks from wholesale accounts done by yourself or overseeing an assistant level.
  • Oversee and e-mail weekly sales reports to the internal team and monitor performance at store level.
  • Continue to build great relationships with stores, and specialty stores, analyzing performance and re-order opportunities. Store visits: Oversee and plan all store meetings, selling days, ensure placement and visual presentation in stores. Oversee and organize any event opportunities at retail. Oversee and organize all sample movement, in season and post season, oversee movement of samples to stores, for ecommerce shooting, events, or any selling events etc.
  • Participate and report on weekly team meetings, present existing sales, and potential opportunities, and learnings from existing sales seasons, and action taken or to be taken.
  • Photo Shoots: oversee the E-Commerce Photo shoots, ensuring correct items, and criteria for stores is met by yourself or by an assistant you oversee. Responsible for Post-Market Recaps, and proposals for new business strategies. Take the lead on gathering key information from sales results, feedback on fit, fabrics and relay learnings back to the team. Identify key aspects of building signature core fabrics and styles and look to establish a core program
