Job description

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile automotive account based out of the client’s office in London. The primary purpose of the role is to support the Senior Account Manager representing the agency and the global content strategy in the digital workstream with the global clients based in London. You’ll need to be a confident self-starter who can establish strong working relationships, quickly understand the client’s business objectives, and act as a key communication point between multiple time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


•    The Account Manager will help support the day-to-day running of global content initiatives including liaising Global clients directly and internal stakeholders
•    Consistently manage client expectations – ensure delivery of a high-quality service, gather and act on any feedback received in a professional and timely manner
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other client agency partners. This role requires a high level of collaboration across multiple departments and disciplines
•    Be aware of any global platform developments that will have an impact on content workstreams
•    Setting up meetings/calls and documenting key action points
•    Support global and regional teams with raising tickets for bugs and access issues
•    Running of weekly status meetings and reporting of any site enhancements to the digital team

QUALIFICATIONS: 


•    Educational background
o    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or similar
•    Type of experience: 
o    4-5 years of experience in agency environment
o    Content experience required
o    Global experience preferred
o    Familiarity with digital platforms preferred such as a large CMS 
•    General skills:
o    Strong communication and organisational skills. Information will need to be shared clearly and efficiently with global stakeholders across multiple time zones 
o    Must be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
o    Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve
o    Proven track record for delivering projects on time and within budget
o    Self-starter
