Job description

Our client, a well-known Advertising Agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

The Account Manager is a strong communicator with a strategic mind and a passion for digital advertising on social, search, digital display, and email. You’ll help capture client objectives on a variety of items such as campaign planning, creative reviews, scheduling, budgets, and overall team integration. Your communication and coordination skills will support you in facilitating daily collaboration between teams in Europe, Asia, and North America as we build global creative campaigns for the largest networking platform in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main liaison between client and internal agency teams.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Project Management to understand and organize all project work.
  • Coordinate with teams in developing projects and promotional plans.
  • Participate in writing creative briefs that align with client objectives and ensure briefs are followed by team members.
  • Communicate clear client direction to teams.
  • Ensure work is meeting client needs/expectations, delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Manage client projects from initiation to completion, overseeing creative execution and ensure adherence to client brand guidelines.
  • Ability to drive projects forward and bridge communication between internal and external team leads.
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing agency products including creative work, key client communications, schedules, and strategic decks.
  • Present to day-to-day clients and internal team leads. Collaboration and integration with partner agencies and various client stakeholders.
  • Assist with day-to-day account problem solving by providing guidance and raising issues and solutions to senior team.
  • Responsible for minor budgeting tasks such as creation of estimates, scope of work and budget tracking.
  • Assist Project Management in setting up new vendors, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • ? 2-4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Agency experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and effective communication skills (both verbal and writing).
  • Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company, external partners, and clients.
