There’s an exciting opportunity for an account manager, who is looking to accelerate their career, to join an award-winning brand creation agency that’s experiencing extraordinary growth!  Reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer, you will be working closely with clients as you handle everything from ideation, manufacturing, marketing, ecommerce, customer service and business development for their own brands which are emerging within the mainstream lifestyle, beauty, and fitness markets

The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude and an enthusiasm for building a brand from the ground up.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the point person for your creators to help them manage their brands with the Agency - this includes being on top of all aspects of their business from strategy, new product launches, marketing and content.

  • Working with the internal teams to make sure they deliver everything needed for your creators. 

  • Developing brand strategy and narrative and translating them into clear execution plan across all business touch points consistently

  • Planning out commercial activity for your brands to deliver against individual brand objectives and commercial goals

  • Working with clients to grow their audiences and engagement to support the agencies unique audience-first approach to brand building 

  • Taking a relentless approach to the detail of execution and its optimisation to constantly improve brand performance   

  • Leveraging reporting tools to pull data (financial, media, web analytics, etc.) to report on what's happening, interrogate why it's happening and formulate data-led action plans to impact results   

  • Managing brands and execution

  • Communicating effectively with nuanced understanding of how to manage client teams vs internal teams, and influence through communications

  • Building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role as an account manager for clients within an agency environment and have worked across multiple accounts at the same time

  • A strong understanding of agency / client relationships and how to manage them well

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, determination, perseverance and an instinctive eye for what will work and what won’t

  • A commercially minded person who understands how to build a strategy based on insight and data, and translate findings into a clear action plan to deliver sales 

  • A good understanding of ecommerce and social media

  • An understanding and appreciation of the power of the audience first approach to brand building, and the enormous potential that the creator economy represents
