High End Fashion Jewelry company in LA seeking an Account Manager

 

Overview:
The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and the company.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. You will have experience dealing with major accounts such as Net-A-Porter, Nordstrom, Farfetch, Saks, Browns Fashion and Holt Renfrew. You will understand and have a working knowledge of their platforms and the logistics of International shipping.

Responsibilities: 
•    Act as the main point of contact for the company’s clients
•    Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust
•    Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company
•    Respond to clients inquiries received via email, Whatsapp, Zoom and calls
•    Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
•    Resolve problems by investigating the presented issues in our back office, consulting with other departments and/or researching under the specific client’s account
•    Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
•    Identify industry trends
•    Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments
•    Collaborate with various departments and team members in order to solve inquiries
•    Data entry
•    Inventory management
•    Exceed sales expectations

Experience Requirements:
•    Account Management experience (2+yrs)
•    Sales experience (2+ yrs)
•    Experience with Logicmate (not essential)
•    Experience and a high level understanding of major retailer logistics such as UPC & EDI
•    Advanced computer skills
