24 Seven has partnered with the world's most recognizable sports brand to find an account specialist to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy.
- Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution.
- Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence capability development and service offerings.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers
- Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a corporate and customer point of view.
