As the day-to-day client lead, the Account Supervisor will work closely with the Sr Account Director to run and grow key clients as well as help build the processes and culture that makes our account people a different and special breed. RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT MANAGEMENT
Establish and maintain trusted client relationships, always anticipating client needs and business goals and understanding how we as an agency can support them - both within existing project requirements and thinking about opportunities for growth
Set and manage client expectations through sound planning, thoughtfulness, clear communication and project documentation (contact reports, project timelines etc.)
Be our clients’ go-to person for daily needs and for any mid-level client escalations
Drive collaboration with strategic and creative teams to ensure project ideation and workshop development meet client needs
Lead, manage and collaborate with teams, to inspire those around you and consistently deliver work that is creative, on strategy, on time and on budget Understand how 360 integrated campaigns come together with an ability to shepard and support the process in partnership with your Account Director
Lead execution development and manage production of campaign assets according to project scope and budget (Video, Digital, Social, Print/OOH, activations, etc.)
Provide timely status updates to client and internal teams to keep projects on track Identify and improve processes to ensure smooth running of accounts/projects and most effective ways of working
Lead and mentor (assistant) account managers, helping them build upon existing skill set to become the ultimate client handlers Inspire and foster collaboration across internal teams (strategy, creative, production) for assigned client projects
Act as the agency’s expert on the account, client’s industry and competitors, and stay current on trends impacting the client’s business
Develop client proposals including scoping resource allocations, pricing and SOW creation, obtain management approvals and present proposals to the clients
Proactively manage project resources to ensure tracking to approved budgets, anticipating potential issues and action required to ensure we deliver on time + budget
Work with finance facilitate and manage a smooth billing and reconciliation process

4-7 years of advertising or marketing experience at an agency having handled diverse production experience (Digital, Social, Broadcast, Audio, Print, Experiential, etc.)
Experience managing a diverse portfolio of brands/clients’ businesses
Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
Experience developing strong, productive client/team relationships
An understanding of client/agency/production dynamics
Ability to multitask on various brands, prioritize and problem solve creative solutions to both internal agency and external client challenges
Flexibility and a desire to pitch in to help the agency achieve greatness, while maintaining a positive attitude
