Client Overview:

Our client is a tech-driven creator company that works with top talent in optimizing, operating, and distributing creator-made video content on social platforms. This allows their clients to build the hyper-engaged communities that every creator dreams of.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop their client-facing tracking strategy (not a product!)
  • Calls with platforms and providers to problem solve campaign issues
  • Understand market norms and bring institutional knowledge to the company
  • Client-facing tech problem solver
  • Passionate about the market and desire to continuously learn updates, changes, etc. (i.e.: would be the lead on how the IOS14 changes will affect business)
  • Expert in tracking and Google Analytics vs Facebook Ads Manager
  • Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Tik Tok platform offerings and variances and how we can partner with brands in those spaces

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience trafficking ads for desktop, mobile, and video platforms
  • Must be technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
