Our client, a leader in the beauty and Retail space, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team on a freelance basis. The Administrative Assistant will perform tasks as necessary to support the buying team. This role will be onsite at corporate location and set to start 11/29/2021.
The Admin Assistant Will:
- Manage SKU for all creation of online SKUs, ensuring they are properly maintained per buyer’s direction including description
- Entering online only promotions into JIRA and ensuring all promotions are working as desired
- Support Buyer in working with Content team and Brand partners on making sure images are up for new brand launches
- Create contracts, send out, collect and upload signed contracts. Update contract log.
- Responsible for creating a monthly calendar to show email exposures by week
- Provides memos/communication visibility to operations of key online events.
- Assist team in maintaining calendar and scheduling brand meetings.
- Responsible for frequent email proofing, wireframe maintenance, landing page requests, etc.
- Initiates logistics including transfers at buyer’s direction.
Requirements/Must Haves:
- High School diploma required
- 2 yrs. relevant work experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, (oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Adobe analytics, SAP and SAP Hana a plus.
- Creative problem solver, who is passionate about the business
