Our client, a boutique management firm that has a dynamic roster of top-tier influencers, tastemakers, and digital stars - is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their CEO.
Location: on-site in DTLA
The Admin Assistant will provide support the CEO. The Assistant will also work cross-departmentally (Talent, Creative, PR
and Marketing) as the CEO is heavily involved in packaging opportunities for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent representation, brand building in the entertainment and digital business, in particular within the
beauty, fashion and lifestyle. Additionally, the Assistant is administratively capable of handling a high volume of tasks with ability to clearly communicate with talent agents, talent, peers, etc.
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel,
- booking reports, preparing expense reports, and general office management tasks.
- Serve as first point of contact with clients and executives.
- Track clients and potential clients.
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
- Attend events and research up and coming talent.
- Attend events alongside with talent representing team.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of talent agency and/or management experience a plus; interest in fashion and beauty preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; maintain a
- sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and strong organization skills are a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels.
- Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with
- existing systems.
- Strong command of the Excel, Word
