We are currently looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner to be the supportive force that empowers and enables our Leadership team to focus on all that they need to execute. The ideal person for the job will be a team player who is eager to learn with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working for multiple executives in a team environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.
Support the General Manager of Personal Loans and 2-3 Senior Directors on the team. As well as provide support to the extended team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Review and manage multiple complex calendars based on executive leadership and team priorities while anticipating conflicts and solving scheduling issues promptly and proactively
Manage attendees, agenda, meeting notes, action items for internal meetings and follow up on actions items as needed.
Create decks for monthly team meetings as well as for weekly core team meetings with coordination with presenters
Own logistics for both internal and external meetings for Executives and as requested for team members. These will include partner meetings at partner site, partner onsite meetings, department monthly and weekly staff meetings, including securing conference rooms, meeting set up and catering food as needed
Plan, coordinate and execute team building events (virtual and in-person), happy hours, off-sites, holiday dinners etc.
Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations while adhering to company policies.
Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with executive leadership on calendar strategy
Collaborate effectively with other EBPs across the organization on high level projects and company wide events
Maintain strict confidentiality in every aspect of role
Ability to work autonomously and implement process with minimal direction
5+ years of experience supporting GM level executives and their extended teams
Experience supporting multiple leaders/teams at the same time
Proactively and consistently demonstrates drive and capacity to work through ambiguous/undefined problems with little or no direction
Partners and collaborates effectively with the team and cross functional leads to improve productivity
Flexible team player with a can do attitude - covering for urgent items as needed as well as supporting other Executive Business Partner
Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar
Extremely organized and conscientious while gracefully managing shifting priorities and ambiguity
Operates with a strong sense of urgency, efficiency, and focus on timeliness
Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Concur and Cloud-based systems
Experience in fast-paced, ever-changing tech environment
Ability to build relationships across the organization and interact with all levels of management
