Job description
This position reports to the Director of Product Development and provides support as a part of a team to the Product Development, Production and Design team.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the product managers in daily work
• Assist in maintaining corporate showroom.
• Assist with updating and maintaining weekly reporting tools.
• Assist in quality assurance projects
• Provide support as requested for other sales projects.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in product development and production.
• Extensive work experience in creating & editing Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, links, conditional formatting, graphs and charts. Intermediate to Advanced level.
• Proficient in MS Word and Internet use.
• Strong sense of accuracy and excellent math skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities to achieve desired goals. Complete a high volume of tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills: speaks clearly and persuasively; writes clearly and informatively, a thorough command of the English language.
• Dependable, flexible, anticipates issues, works smoothly with people internal and external to the organization, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Experience using Great Plains ERP and/or Goldmine CRM software a plus.
