Our boutique agency client is growing and looking to add a talented Administrative Marketing Assistant to their team on contract 20-30 hours per week. this is a long term engagement opportunity for the right person.
Ideally, this person has skills that include, but are not limited to:
- General MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good with technology - you may not be an expert, but have had some experience with:
- Platforms for websites like WordPress, SquareSpace or Wix
- Email platforms like MailChimp, or similar
- Knowledge of basic Adobe software
- Has worked on all social media platforms
- Online Project management software
- Salesforce or CRM database work a plus
- Solid writing and proofreading skills
- General business and bookkeeping skills
