Our agency client is looking to bring on a freelance Affiliate Marketing Manager, to start ASAP and go through the end of October with opportunity to extend. This can be completely remote, and will require around 25 hours of work a week (subject to change depending on start date, etc.).
Overview:
The Affiliate Contractor is responsible for ensuring the execution of impactful Internet marketing programs that improve our clients’ visibility as well as meet their return on investment goals. The Affiliate Contractor will develop an in-depth knowledge of the agency's Affiliate Network and all of its capabilities. They will manage all aspects of the cost per acquisition process. This includes media planning, campaign management, ongoing analysis, optimization, relationship building and outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in cross-channel initiatives to support overall corporate strategy
- Engage with agency team members as well as external partners to build the agency Affiliate Network
- Optimize client’s budget to drive program performance and reach target revenue and customer acquisition goals
- Responsible for affiliate recruitment, relationship development, content creation, and program expansion to build brand awareness and encourage affiliate retention and growth
- Grow relationships by coordinating with publishers regarding setup, answering general support questions, providing performance feedback, mentoring, and ongoing communication
- Be the voice for the client within the affiliate partnership process
- Identify best fit partners and have the ability to negotiate CPA (cost per acquisition) media buys with favorable terms
- Handle multiple projects in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience with Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to small and large groups internally and externally.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.
- Integrity to maintain strict confidentiality of projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge with the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Negotiating skills.
- Research and analytical skills.
