Our client, a high profile ad agency has an immediate need for a mid-level Project Manager. This is a freelance position with potential to go fulltime that will start remote and will eventually sit in the LA office.
What we are looking for:
- Able to work independently with little supervision while driving the day-to-day tasks
- Pro-active - not afraid to constantly follow up with team
- Not afraid to speak up
- Takes ownership - when owning a project, being comfortable steering the team
- Strong communicator - keeping the team updated at all times
- Comfortable building timelines - Flexible - timelines are constantly changing, someone who can shift quickly and be ok with it
- Can juggle multiple workstreams at a time - strong at prioritization
- Comfortable working with a large team and communicating with multiple departments
- Must have 5+ years of project management experience within an ad agency
