Our client, a DTC Marketing agency with beauty clients, is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join their team in El Segundo. As Amazon Manager, you will be in a critical role focusing on the development, growth, and profitability of our e-tail channel across multiple brands. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of a campaign as well as the overall E-tail strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success on Amazon with an intimate knowledge of Marketplaces, the platforms, ecosystems, algorithms, and capabilities.
This is fulltime, direct-hire and hybrid onsite in El Segundo, CA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive search strategy through Display (DSP) & in-platform (AA) search campaigns, managing to profitable KPIs
-
Perform marketplace, competitor, and product analyses and keyword strategy development for SEO & SEM
-
Understand the process of bringing products / brands onto the Amazon platform. Own new brand / product launches on Amazon

Innovate, create, and execute on cross channel marketing initiatives across multiple brands to drive increased awareness and sales in marketplaces

Constantly provide improvements for content and mobile optimization

Manage and forecast inventory across brands for FBA, work closely with supply chain and finance to ensure we are optimizing inventory buys and storage.

Ensure best-in-class creatives on PDP, A+ Content, Storefront, etc. across all brands and products on Amazon.
Experience and Skills:
-
3-5 years experience in Beauty / Marketplaces / related industry managing digital / e-commerce

5+ years of experience co-managing / managing an Amazon marketplace channel

Experience in Vendor and Seller Central Amazon selling Platforms

Savvy e-commerce specialist with the ability to think and build marketplace strategy and execute

Knowledge of best practices for on-line retail marketing including testing procedures, keyword optimization and product listing optimization

Superior project, time and budget management skills

Strong leadership skills – includes analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills

Self-starter, takes initiative – entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with evolving strategies
