Stylistically, you’re inspired to create a wide variety of work that experiments with aesthetic choices with the end-goal of improving performance. You have a test-and-learn mindset, curious to see how creative choices impact ad performance and you understand when and where to take big creative swings and when to make small adjustments.

You’re a team player that enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited by the idea of joining a Growth Team living up to its name.
