Assistant Designer for Women's Tops needed!
Location: San Francisco - on site
Start Date: 10/4/21
Duration: 3 months
Hours per week: 40 hours weekly
Working with a Global Fashion client who is looking for an assistant designer for women's tops with a focus on knits, sweatshirts, and sweaters. Our client is preparing for for the next season sketch review and needs help sketching tops assortment.
- Must have strong sketching abilities in illustrator. Sketches need to be technically correct and show the attitude of the style.
- Looking for someone who can turn around multiple sketches and options quickly.
- Must have a good understanding of garment construction.
- Assisting with new trim development
- Assisting with new fabric development
- Attending fittings (virtually) and taking notes
- Assisting with initial tech pack development
