Our client is a popular skincare & beauty brand who is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Product Marketing Team.
Your day to day will include tracking product launches, product improvements, and product rationalization initiatives and ensure targeted milestones are met on time.
You will also manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan executions, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective categories of responsibility.
Support the Senior Brand Manager with the development of product, branding, positioning, and market segmentation within their category of responsibility and ensure all product, communications, promotions, and initiatives are completed in a timely fashion.
Interaction with internal and external creative agencies to establish and maintain a clear, consistent, and integrated brand position Integration of global requirements as it relates to product launch and marketing plans in category of responsibility.
Maintenance and sales tracking analysis for existing products, with an eye on product life cycle.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales.
Responsible for product packaging updates and initiatives driven by formula changes, country regulations and other cross category changes.
Responsible for following up with cross-functional teams and updating product touch points regarding new launches, long term product lifecycles, and discontinuations.
Communicate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Creative, Supply Chain, Field Development and Warehouse Distribution)
