24 Seven is partnering with a globally recognized footwear & sportswear company to find an Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics to join their team in a fulltime salaried position. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of data analytics experience and be familiar with SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables) and visualizations. Huge plus if your experience is in ecommerce or B2C! If not local to Portland, our client will pay for relo. 

As the Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics, you are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. Based on multiple data sources, you manage the generation of insights that help our client understand consumer behavior and related business performance to ultimately help drive sales. In collaboration with your team you inform the digital market strategy and provide the factual basis for future consumer experiences and related demand and site development.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to continuous development of the analytics practice in scope, including service portfolio evolution and aligning with global frameworks for focus areas assigned to you.

Potential focus areas are:
-Digital Business Performance analytics
-Digital Product Performance Insights
-Digital Operational Analytics (Forecasting, SLAs, Returns, Supply Chain, Trading & Data Governance)
-Digital Experience Analytics (.com and app)
-Digital Analytics Projects
-Conduct collection, tracking, mining and analysis of data and the generation of fact-based insights using multiple data sources.
-Provide analytics services to stakeholders within the ecomm market.
-Ensure analytics results drive consumer experience and business impact and help achieve market sales plans.

-Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations and calls for action based on your gathered insights.
-Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights presentations.

-Help influence best practice guidance to other markets and other stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities.

Requirements & Education:
-University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
-2+ years of experience in Digital Analytics
-Experience in eCommerce environment

-A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
-Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
-Good story-telling ability and curiosity

-Basic experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and/or KPIs
-Basic experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, ecomm, mobile, SQL etc.).
-Experience with visualization tools and techniques nice to have
-Project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
-Understanding of MS Office, Alteryx, MSS, Adobe Analytics, and App Analytics platforms
