Job description

Our client, an agency focused on digital media & analytics, is looking to add an Associate Director, Paid Media to their team.

Associate Director, Paid Media Responsibilities:

  • Manage client's digital marketing portfolio from top of funnel to performance media.
  • Manage paid search, paid social, display, SEO, influencers, connected TV, digital out of home, Amazon Advertising, etc.
  • Serve as main point of contact for our clients
  • Manage multiple direct reports and own their development and growth within the company.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competition
  • Interpret results from variety of analytics sources to ensure client’s goals are being met and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels (paid search, SEO, brand media, programmatic display, paid social, etc.).

Associate Director, Paid Media Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within an agency environment required
  • 3+ years managerial experience preferred
  • 5-7+ years’ experience marketing in digital channels – search (organic and paid), social, display, programmatic, and video.
  • Experience working with creative and development teams to produce and iterate digital assets.
  • Ability to produce cohesive media plans and go to market strategies for complex clients.
  • Experience driving ROAS, lead gen, and subscription-based programs.
