Responsibilities include tracking allocations for saleable and point of sales materials.
It also supports the Director in sales analysis, budgeting, and sales reporting. A key priority is the establishment and maintenance of smooth channels of communication between internal departments, national sales force and our central distribution center. Effective communication is a critical skill, as sales allocations provides the national sales force with the key information that keeps our business running successfully.
Essential Job Duties
Provide weekly status for the allocations to all parties
Ensure shipment of finished good allocations and posm
Report new launch finished goods by month and track their shipments weekly to keep in line with budget
Align with marketing & forecasting on tester refills seasonally and maintain online tester replenishment system.
Allocate limited production items.
Allocate all point of sale material allocations for brands.
Analyze holiday set sell through by account by item.
Special projects on an ongoing basis. Maintain a flexible approach to specific requests.
College degree and a minimum of 2 years office experience.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP a plus.
Executive maturity, strong mathematical skills and the ability adhere to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
Meticulous organization, excellent communication and consistent follow-through are a necessity.
