COur Client is looking for a motivated, technical and upbeat person to join their performance shoe lab team.  This person will be assisting the 3D CAD Team.   In this role you will learn how to work with this team to design, develop and test high performance footwear.   You will validate, analyze and process biomechanical data and, expand your knowledge.   You'll get to see how rapid prototyping and 3D printing help improve and iterate on products and ideas.  You will be  supporting an incredibly talented in-house design team.   
This role will need:
Excellent time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving. 

Responsibilities:
•    Assist in collecting and processing human subject data 
•    Analyze biomechanical data and prepare scientific reports based on results 
•    Work with both the innovation and inline teams 
•    Communicate results to key stakeholders  
•    Assist the 3D CAD team with printing and processing of 3D models 
  
Skills:  
•    BS or MS in Kinesiology, Engineering, Biomechanics, or a related field 
•    Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, experimental design, and statistical analysis 
•    Proven experience working with human subjects, experience working with athletes is a plus 
•    Strong technical skills with biomechanical equipment (metabolic cart, motion capture, force plates)  
•    Experience in footwear is a plus

They need someone with a biomechanics background who is interested in footwear and sports performance. They will be working in the lab with the equipment that tests and develops the shoes. Part of those responsibilities will be working with the Data Collections, doing some Data Processing while interpreting the data. The other part of the role will be running and maintaining the 3D printer, Cataloging, Updating and Barcode Scanning the Shoe Last Library, and Component Parts. This will be a 6 month opportunity with the possibility of extension or a permanent opportunity.
