We are working with a Fine Jewelry company seeking a Piercer to join their team in Soho
What you’ll do
? Deliver warm, welcoming, and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces
? Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and jewelry needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
? Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience
? Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practices, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of our customers
? Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
? Consult and guide our Retail Operations team on legal, technical and safety measures in New York
? Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing
What you’ll bring
? A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do
? An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment
? Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website)
? Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in New York

? A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business
