Seeking a Strong Brand Content Manager for a growing wellness company in LA!

 

For this role:
•    A strong understanding of digital marketing including Paid and social is a must-have.
•    Experience working with content creators, photographers and videographers is a must-have.
•    Excellent written and communication skills is a must-have.
•    Experience working cross-functionally is a must-have i.e. this person will work closely with the mission team, ecomm team, creative team etc.
•    An organized creative who has experience in fast-paced environments, working on multiple projects at one time.
•    Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the go is really important to me!


POSITION SUMMARY  

Looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Marketing Team as the Brand Content Manager. 
This role will focus on all aspects of bringing the brand to life including managing photo and video creation, as well as communicate our mission through blog and giveback content. 

The ideal candidate is meticulous, has a deep knowledge of managing and communicating with photographers, understands the digital landscape and is eager to work in a rapidly growing company. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES    Functions and duties of this role include:

  • Lead video team with continuous output of on-brand content. 
  • Manage external content creators to develop evergreen content. 
  • Manage editorial blog and copywriter. 
  • Collaborate on strategic vision of launch campaigns. 


QUALIFICATIONS    The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience overseeing content strategy and execution in CPG/Beverage industry. 
  • Experience with building and managing internal and external creatives. 
  • Strong aesthetic eye with capability of clear communication to photographers. 
  • Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms and content formats. 
  • A natural born storyteller with a flow of creative ideas to engage verbally and visually. 
  • Expertise and knowledge of cameras, lighting, and other necessary direction for photographers. 
  • Impeccable organization and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet frequent deadlines. 
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
