Brand Designer (Beauty) Overview
We're looking for a brand designer to help develop and oversee a wide range of advertising/marketing/content creation strategies including social media, launch campaigns, packaging, email as well as retail support. You will work both in collaboration with a creative lead but also own relationships/projects with various arms of the business to take briefs, brainstorm and deliver to timelines.
Brand Designer (Beauty) Responsibilities
• Produce final design assets (like packaging, website assets, social posts, email templates, online ads, etc)
• Work closely with our creative director to conceptualize and refine creative based on requirements
• Coordinate with other arms of the business to extract briefs and deliver functional + beautiful solutions
• Take a results-driven approach, continually optimizing for performance
• Strive to push the brand forward while outputting the highest quality graphics
Brand Designer (Beauty) Requirements
• 3+ years working as a designer at a branding agency or consumer startup
• Initiative and drive to improve the brand at all touchpoints
• A clear understanding of how to take projects from inception, development and final outputs across both print and digital
• Experience and knowledge of digital advertising and its platforms
• Video editing/animation (social) is not essential but a huge plus
